Covert Coffee SCIF (Special Coffee Internationally Farmed) announces their November Specials.


November is the month where we give thanks: Thanksgiving and Veteran's Day (Remembrance Day) . It is also the month where my family gives thanks and celebrates the birthday of our mother, the Matriarch of the Bullard Family. To honor her on her birth month, and to celebrate the Independence Day of the Republic of Panama (her birthplace) we Celebrate the month with Award Winning Coffee from Panama. One of the most celebrated coffee farms (Mama Cata Farms) has made available to us - through Burman Coffee Traders - the fantastic offerings of the Boquete Region of Panama.


Covert Coffee also celebrates the men and women who served in our Armed Forces.  We will offer a special blend of coffees as our Breakfast Blend offering this month.  Enjoy the offering which is delicious and roasted as a medium roast. Also, you can feel good that your purchase we will also be donated to two incredible veterans for a night out.  (Yes, my wife and I need a date night)  For you veterans, the less than 1% of citizens that have served, we salute you.

 

We still have your favorites: Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, Indian Monsooned Malabar, Kiko's Kickstart (pumpkin spice), and a limited number of Kona Hala Tree coffee.  But joining the team this month will be the coffee from Panama and, our first ever Indonesia Bali Blue Mountain, and, if all the pieces fall together, we  will  also offer a special coffee from Peru.


 We will continue to offer our Mission Undetermined package comprising of  1 x 8 oz bag of medium roast coffee (identified when you receive it),  1 x 8 oz bag of dark roast coffee (again, identified once you get it) and a  4 oz bag of a sample coffee we may be looking at to include in our ready bag . The Missioned Undetermined is an adventure in itself.  The response to this package has been wonderful.  Are you ready for the Mission?


We are closer to the start of our Super Spy coffee subscription program.  We are working out final details on a "Request For International Coffee", or RFI system that will allow subscribers to request coffee from a certain region. Why? Because once you are a part of the Super Spy Network, your logistical needs must be met so that you can accomplish the mission.  Your mission: drinking coffee; our mission:  providing you the best.
